In the ancient Sikh language called Gurmukhi, Sat means truth. Nam means name. Together, Sat Nam essentially translates into something deeper: “I am truth,” or “Truth is my essence.”
Sat Nam is usually referred to as a "Bija (Seed) Mantra". Similar to a seed it will germinates inside of you then begin to grow. The more you repeat or chant the mantra the more the seed grows.
 Sat Nam is short & simple, yet very powerful as it  activates ones chakras. The vibration of Sat Nam initiates the journey to selfhood.

​The I AM Affirmation is one of, if not the most
commonly used affirmation. There are Many
variations of which this is one inspired by Ancient Nasarean Cosmology. This Affirmation is found in many traditions and spiritual belief systems. 
The beauty of the I AM Affirmation is in its ability to cover all of our Existence, Consciousness and Bliss.
It calls us to the core of who we truly are in any moment and reminds us that we are one, and ALL.
